Role summary:

Sell products and services directly to SME & Small public customers. Focus on new business and developing existing customer accounts for higher penetration through customer relationship management.

Kde budete pracovat?

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish new team doing business with SME & Small Public customers over the phone
  • Create small public sector strategy, plan and roadmap
  • Accountability to deliver sales targets
  • Taking care of RNWs in super efficient way
  • Develop the customer experience by bringing to life digital way of selling
  • Execute marketing campaigns, lead management and customer value management
  • Support acquisition by cold-calling
  • Deliver Integration cross sell synergies and cost reduction synergies

Desired knowledge and experience:

  • IT/telco/ICT knowledge
  • Excellent sales skills & sales drive
  • People management & development
  • Numbers/performance orientation
  • Proven track record in doing and managing business over the phone
  • Experience in creating new strategy/department
  • Multi-focus experience
