For our Czech TowerCo organisation-see www.vantagetowers.com we are looking for an experienced candidate with business experience in a field of Telco. The role purpose is to grow and develop TowerCo business over time creating and executing a Strategic Account Plan in order to deliver higher return to our shareholders and more value to our customers. This role will reports to Regional Head of Commercial Germany and CEE.

- Create and execute Sales and Account Plan for Towerco Czech.
- Lead the relationship with Network Operators ( Vodafone and Third party Operators ) establishing strong partnerships over time.
- Develop new accounts in the B2B marketplace and Public Administration in order to grow our business over time and expand our customer base strongly beyond operators.
- Responsibility in the development and profitability of account plans.
- Management of the existing Framework Contracts and new contracts leading relevant amendments with Towerco topco team to adapt it to the needs of the new environment.
- Create and develop new business opportunities, and identifying risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure E2E vision and track the customer satisfaction (SLA´s, ..).
- Business development: Identify new business opportunities with operators and enterprise customers over and above the existing sales plan.
- Support the definition and implementation of strategies to expand our commercial capillarity (collaboration with Vodafone business areas specially Enterprise and Technology , establishment of commercial channels, ...).
- Participate in the different cross projects launched within Topco and with other Towerco countries to leverage and support strongly best practices.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
- Extensive experience in managing complex commercial accounts (negotiations, contract & change management) in technological organizations.
- Experience in the commercial delivery of contracts, preferably in telecommunications.
- Extensive experience with a dealing on C-level.
- Experience with a public sector is an advantage.
- Responsibility for acquisition of new customers and development/growing the business with existing operators accounts.
- Managing day2day relationships with MNOs, 3rd parties, B2B, gov. bodies.
- Managing local strategic tenders. - At least 6 years of experience as account manager
- Fluent in Czech and English language.
- 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager.

Key performance indicators are
- Achieve the business plan target for the assigned accounts in Czech.
- Develop trusted relationships with the customer stakeholders and establish new revenue/profitability avenues with existing and new accounts.
- Contribution to TowerCo’s revenue and margin growth.
- Ability to develop and improve income accounts with complex cost structures.
- Ability to identify inefficient and recommended processes and implement changes.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Account Management Plan for Czech.
- Commercial strategy for existing and new accounts.
- Owns targets for Sales Acquisition & Retention, profitability for Czech.
