For our Czech TowerCo organization see ( we are looking for an experienced candidate with business experience in a field of Telco. The role purpose is to develop and grow TowerCo business over time by creating and executing a Strategic Account Plan in order to deliver higher return to our shareholders and more value to our customers. This role reports solid line to Regional Commercial Head of Germany and CEE and dotted line to Managing Director of Czech TowerCo.

  • Create and execute Sales and Account Plan for Czech TowerCo
  • Lead the relationship with Network Operators and establish strong partnerships over time
  • Manage the Framework Agreements and adapt them to the new customer and TowerCo needs
  • Develop new accounts in the B2B marketplace and Public Administration in order to grow our business over time and expand our customer base
  • Create and develop new business opportunities including identification of risks and mitigation plans
  • Support the definition and implementation of strategies to expand our commercial capillarity
  • Ensure the customer satisfaction

v Participate in the different projects launched within TopCo and other TowerCo countries to leverage and support strongly best practices

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

  • Fluent in Czech and English language
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Extensive experience in managing complex commercial accounts (negotiations, contract & change management) in technological organizations
  • Experience in the commercial delivery, preferably in telecommunications
  • Extensive experience with dealing on a C-level, experience with a public sector is an advantage
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience with product definition and business case calculations

Where will you work?

Key performance indicators are

  • Achieve the business plan target for the assigned accounts in Czech.
  • Develop trusted relationships with the customer stakeholders and establish new revenue/profitability avenues with existing and new accounts.
  • Contribution to TowerCo’s revenue and margin growth.
  • Ability to develop and improve income accounts with complex cost structures.
  • Ability to identify inefficient and recommended processes and implement changes.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • Account Management Plan for Czech.
  • Commercial strategy for existing and new accounts.
  • Owns targets for Sales Acquisition & Retention, profitability for Czech.
